II. HOW WE USE AND SHARE INFORMATION
Personal Information:
Privacy Policy
1
Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for
marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share
Personal Information with vendors who are performing services for the Company, such as the servers for
our email communications who are provided access to the user's email address for purposes of sending
emails from us. Those vendors use your Personal Information only as necessary to provide services to
the Company.
In general, the Personal Information you provide to us is used to help us communicate with you. For
example, we use Personal Information to contact users in response to questions, solicit feedback from
users, provide technical support, and inform users about promotional offers.
We may share Personal Information with outside parties if we have a good-faith belief that access, use,
preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to meet any applicable legal
process or enforceable governmental request; to enforce applicable Terms of Service, including
investigation of potential violations; address fraud, security or technical concerns; or to protect against
harm to the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public as required or permitted by law.
Non-Personal Information:
In general, we use Non-Personal Information to help us improve the Service and customize the user
experience. We also aggregate Non-Personal Information in order to track trends and analyze use
patterns on the Site. This Privacy Policy does not limit in any way our use or disclosure of Non-Personal
Information and we reserve the right to use and disclose such Non-Personal Information to our partners,
advertisers and other third parties at our discretion.
Analytics and Aggregate Statistics:
We use the data submitted by users to generate personalized analytics, which are presented back to the
respective users. These analytics provide insights and statistics based on the data provided, allowing
users to better understand their own usage patterns or trends.
Additionally, we aggregate data from all our users to generate area statistics. These area statistics
provide aggregated insights on a broader scale, allowing users to compare their individual statistics to
those of a given area or radius. It's important to note that the area statistics are presented anonymously
and do not reveal the specific data submitted by individual users. They are presented in aggregate form to
provide generalized insights and trends.
We retain the data submitted by users for the area insights and trends we present, even after users have
deactivated their service. This retention ensures that the presented area data remains consistent over
time. However, users can request to have their submissions removed after they cancel their subscription,
or they can delete their submissions while they have access to the Site.
The generation of analytics and area statistics helps us improve our Service and customize the user
experience. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection, use, and sharing of both individual analytics and
aggregate statistics in accordance with the principles outlined herein.

In the event of a business transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your Personal
Information may be among the transferred assets. While we cannot control how the acquiring entity may
handle your Personal Information, we will take reasonable steps to ensure the protection and
confidentiality of your information, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
