Can Other Dealerships See My Sold Inventory?
No, other dealerships cannot see your sold inventory or the specific details of vehicles
your dealership has sold. Your data is combined with all other dealerships into
aggregated, anonymous area insights.
Are You Affiliated With Or Owned By Any Auction?
No, WHIP Bay is an independent platform and is not affiliated with or owned by any
auction. Our goal is to provide unbiased performance analytics to help you make the
best decisions for your dealership.
Is My Vehicle Data Shared With Third Parties?
No, your data is not shared or sold to third parties. We ensure your vehicle data and
personal information remain secure and are used exclusively for providing our services

third-party payment processor, to handle all transactions. Your banking and credit card
details are encrypted and never stored on our website.

How Does The Free Trial Work?
We offer a one-month free trial of our WHIP Standard tier. During this trial, you can
access all the features of WHIP Bay without any charge.
How Do I Sign Up For The Free Trial?
Visit our website at whipbay.ca/register, complete the registration form, and enter your
credit card details.
What Happens After The Free Trial Ends?
Your subscription will automatically continue at $29 per month unless you cancel.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
Simply use the cancel button on your "Account" page. Please note that cancellations
must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month.
Can I Use Whip Bay Outside Of Canada?
Currently, WHIP Bay is specifically for operation in Canada only.
